Why File Size Limits Matter for Online Tools

Upload limits are not there to make life harder. They protect CPU, RAM, disk, and queue capacity so that one oversized or abusive request cannot degrade the service for everyone else.

Different tools need different ceilings. A text formatter can safely accept tiny payloads, while image or PDF flows may need higher thresholds with extra guardrails such as page, pixel, and concurrency checks.
