By using NEVAMARE, you agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not abuse shared infrastructure, interfere with availability, or attempt to bypass access controls, quotas, or rate limits.

The platform is provided on an as-available basis. We work to keep tools functional and secure, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, specific output quality, or suitability for every legal, financial, or operational use case.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of uploaded files, generated outputs, and API integrations complies with your own contractual, regulatory, and privacy obligations.

NEVAMARE may apply file size limits, queue restrictions, endpoint availability controls, and abuse prevention measures to maintain service quality.
