NEVAMARE provides online processing tools for documents, spreadsheets, images, text, and selected API-based workflows. This policy explains what limited technical information we may process and how uploaded content is handled.

Uploaded files are processed to complete the requested tool action. NEVAMARE does not position itself as a user file storage platform, and files are not intended to be retained as a permanent library for later retrieval.

We may process technical request information such as IP-derived abuse protection signals, user agent data, rate-limit metadata, and operational logs required to secure and maintain the service.

Feedback submissions, admin actions, and API usage may create database records required for moderation, analytics, quota handling, or service diagnostics.

If third-party analytics, payment systems, or advertising providers are added later, this policy may be updated to reflect those integrations.
